Polymount International has developed a laser based measurement system
to ensure perfect concentricity.
The Twinlock sleeves are being measured by laser equipment to ensure a top quality product.
Every Twinlock sleeve is produced to the tightest tolerances possible.
The combination of sleeves and tapes often cause register problems because of their tolerances.
Our method of production allows us to supply sleeves that are accurate and within the tightest tolerances possible.
From sleeve to sleeve the variations will not exceed a tolerance of +/- 0.020 mm. Within each sleeve the variations are even less.
The Twinlock sleeve is several times more accurate then a conventional sleeve plus tape.
