Plate cleaner Service/ Guarantee program
Polymount offers a Service program that guarantees all of the machine parts without limitation. Meaning, as long as we service a plate cleaner on a regular basis, (at least once a year) we guarantee all machine-parts permanently. The Guarantee only excludes sticky plates and sponge rollers.
It is very important to maintain the plate cleaner on a regular basis. The large quantities of ink that you wash off the printing plates in the machine, build up and leave a thick layer of pigments. These pigments will coat the machine’s moving parts and therefore it requires a good deep clean (by a specialist) every now and then.
