New Plate cleaners models L and XL

The Polymount Plate Cleaners L (1000mm) and XL (1200mm) will be upgraded into much more ergonomic machines. The Sticky plate will stay in the machine (so no more manual handling) and the machines will wash and dry in both directions.
This new development will be ready mid-summer 2009 and we expect to install the first machines shortly afterwards. This development will be for the L and XL only and the machines will go by the model numbers L-2 and XL-2. The new line of Polymount Plate Cleaner is PLC controlled and will have a completely new drying system. With its new sensors, the machine will also switch off automatically when the wash program is finished. A new and stronger chain will be used and the redesigned internal transport table will reduce the consumption of cleaning liquids by approximately 20%.
